Failed to proved a car to pick us up after it was paid for and prearranged

I prearranged and paid for pick upservice from our home to go to Newark airport. That was fine other than I was requested to pay $85 in cash and taht they would bill the rest to my credit card. The portion of the service that did not happen was my family and I were left at Newark airport. I was told that the driver was still in Manhattan when he should have been at the airport. Iw as then told he sent the driver back because he thought I wanted to cancel the car which was false. After 2 more phone calls the dispatcher give me a phone number to call because he tells me he is not getting a response. Someon answers the phone and tells me that on ocassion he provides cars to help them out but I need to deal with Forbes. I call back and the dispatcher tells me he can't help me. Yes-he can't help us.

So, I ended up calling another car servce to pick us up. Now it's 2 1/2 hours later. These guys are not reputable and should be reported tot he TLC which I will be doing shortly.

They have a gimmick from now reading many other reviews and this seems to be there method od doing business.
