Looks like it's time for a 2011 installment regarding the continued mismanagement and ineptness of Joe Johnson and Credsolve. Having just read over some of the previous ROR installments, I can tell you that not much has changed. Company not delivering as promised (and what a beautiful contract it was! All those service commitments!)... Company moves and adds equipment to improve support... Company not delivering as promised... Ignoring requests for refund... Etc, etc.
Without going in to all the sordid details, we are one of a handful of companies that have recently not been getting delivered what we paid for. Issues and excuses appear to be same as what others have written. This is a current warning to all prospective customers to STAY AWAY!
If not out and out theft, there are some serious competency issues here. I doubt they can be solved. Save your money. With this installment and the previous reports, you have enough data to show you to stay away.
