When the software product was launched in July I purchased a license and to be paid in 3 installments of $700.00 each installment. I paid the first installment, got the license and software and tried to load it. It never worked properly for me. I have a huge email trail showing how many emails I went back and forth with Support to no avail. Finally, I decided to exercise my refund option within the 60-day written agreement. They refuse to honor the written refund agreement.
