This salon has company policy to attend two mand. Meetings per mo. While the manager of the salon was gone for his week of vaca and failed to post the meeting time and date on the board in the salon dispensery, he returned from his vaca the day of the meeting. The manager had called atleast one employee and informed her she would have to drive back in town for this mandatory meeting (she had requested two days off in adv. Lets not mention the time i was going to be sent home for having on flip flops (but luckily i had a pair of shoes in my truck) but if you were to walk into that salon right this very moment the stylist that is right beside the manager wears them evday, in a variety of styles and colors (which is against company policey and after we ALL had been warned, i did not wear mine again.)
