Sent in my payment and never heard back from them. All their phone lines are disconnected, and their email mail box are all full

I sent in a payment of over $300 to www.brandwatchplaza.com, and I never got my product. Their phone numbers are all disconnected, and they don't respond to emails.

They use https://www.realypay.com / to take your payment, but again, they all have none working phone numbers and emails.
