I believe your complaints against SHOPandWIN are UNFOUNDED. I have been a customer of SHOPandWIN.com since November and have shopped with them every month since then. (I have a very large family which I purchase Christmas, Birthdays, anniversaries, Graduation, new home and many more occasions for.

I have made over 25 purchases and have experienced TWO returns. Their return policy is a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" and very simple to do.

You stated that shopandwin wants YOU to FIND a UPS LOCATION to return your PREPAID SHIPPING product from. If you have read ALL of their TERMS and CONDITIONS, as you stated that you did by placing a check mark on your order form, you will know that you can also call UPS to SCHEDULE a PICKUP at YOUR CONVENIENCE from your HOME of OFFICE. This information is also found on page TWO of the e-mail which was sent to you with your FREE SHIPPING/RETURN LABEL and includes the 1-800 FREE phone number to UPS.

Can you tell me PLEASE, How does SHOPANDWIN.com benefit by intentionally shipping you a defective product. If you understand this operation, there is much more cost involved when a customer returns a product, a lot more than providing you with a FREE of CHARGE return SHIPPING LABEL.

SHOPandWIN.com has ALWAYS answered my HELP DESK QUESTIONS in no more than three hours. Their terms and conditions state that your embedded e-mail sent to the HELP DESK will be answered within 24 hours.

YOU purchased a complete set of dishes. SHOPandWIN is NOT the manufacturer of your dishes, therefore they have NO individual plates to send you. YOU MUST RETURN THE COMPLETE SET IN ORDER to RECEIVE a FULL CREDIT, INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES.

I have returned two products to SHOPandWIN.com ONE was a toy which had a manufacturers defect; which I returned for a FULL and COMPLETE refund to SHOPandWIN.com INCLUDING the SHIPPING CHARGES I had paid. This was 90 days after my purchase. Th second Item I returned did not suit my needs as I thought it would, and so I returned this items right away, again receiving FULL CREDIT, INCLUDING SHIPPING FEES.

SHOPandWIN charges a FLAT SHIPPING RATE and just on orders UNDER $50. If you purchased the dishes AND ANOTHER or OTHERS products along with your dishes, you do NOT qualify to have your shipping fee refunded to you. IF you RETURN THE COMPLETE SET of DISHES and IT Was THE ONLY item, in that order, which you purchased; you will receive a complete refund of your shipping fees. ($7.95, FLAT RATE)

Steh140, I believe it is time for you to telephone SHOPandWIN.com and speak with their very nice, very professional and very customer service oriented department.

If you go online to PCH.com, read the FAQ's on the right hand side of this page your will see the question, How do I contact you, select this option. The email address and the phone number will appear. Call them and ask for SHOPandWIN customer service. I feel certain any and all of your issues WILL BE RESOLVED.
