This is a followup to our previous postings. A package deatiling the experiences of mall owners and those seeking tax help was mailed to the Bankruptcy Court today (was sent overnight to make sure it gets there in time), also had a conversation with an Investigator of the IRS. The Investigator had already pulled up the mall web site and looked it over, he questioned where the money goes. I gave him the Ripp-OffReport web site and ask him to go there and read the complaints their. He will check their system to see if they have any ongoing investigations and if so pass our information along. I felt like this was a positive interaction and that NADN would be looked into throughly. The Bankruptcy proceeding on March 10 was also brought to his attention. It's not to late for others to send info to the Bankruptcy Court as Tom (great idea Tom) ask us to do. The more we, the owners of malls and those ripped off by their tax service, voice our dissent with NADN and Oryan, the better our chances are of getting them looked at under the microscope. This site has given us hope that their might be some relief after all.
