Deceptive, Misleading, Mall Site is a Scam, There is only "one" mall site, the 100,000 sold are non-existent, DOJ News Release 4/14, New York Times article

We are submitting this report to enable ourselves to use the RipOffRevenge function. This started for us by my husband requesting 101 Tax Tips, We were called by NADN on 11/24 and sold the idea that they could review our prior year tax report and get us more refund money, we put this $159.00 on our credit card.

Their reply said that we had done such a good job that they couldn't find anything.

On 12/1, we were called and given the sales pitch for the MallForAll web site. We put the half the up front 1347.00 on our credit card and were assured the mall would be in operation by 12/31 so that we could take the tax advantage of the tax deduction and the ADA tax credit.

On 12/26 we paid the remaining 1348.00 up front money for the mall.

On 12/24 Oryan called and sold us an advertising package for $500.00. This was put on our credit card. When we received the package it was nothing but a fancy binder telling us who to contact in our designated zip code for advertising and what it would cost. Amazing, what was the $500.00 for?

On 1/26, NADN talked us into letting them do our 2003 taxes, because this involved "business" deductions, which we had no experience with, we agreed. $300.00 was put on our charge card for the 2003 Tax Preparation.

We filed our first Rip - Off Report on 3/3, indicating that we too had been taken by NADN (report 82751).

On 3/4, we filled a follow-up report indicating that we had called NADN and advised them to cease work on our 2003 return and to return the package to us (report 82859).

We filed a report on 3/23 that a Bankruptcy hearing was being held in Las Vegas and that we had prepared a package for them with our dealings with NADN (report 82859).

Success Matrix contacted us on 3/9 and a report of this contact was filed with consumer complaints (report 82979).

An email was sent to NADN and Oryan on 4/14 with the DOJ news release attached. They were advised they had 30 days to refund our money (Mr. Davis at DOJ was copied on this email).

We have charged $3654.00 to our credit card and would like this credited to our credit card account. The Rip Off Revenge process will be started as soon as we receive the instruction guide.
