I placed an order for an Invicta watch through the internet at Topasio.com. The order was placed on March 17 for the amount of $160.21 (which was paid through PayPal), including shipping & handling. The web page made the statement that the item would ship via USPS 5-10 Bussiness days.
After the required time for delivery passed, and the item was not received, I tried (unsucessfully), to reach costumer service (they do not answer the phone). I followed with an e-mail requesting information as to the whereabouts of the order. (e-mail was never answered).
The next step was to contact PayPal to put a claim. After all the steps required by Payal to reach and try to get the merchant to contact me were unsucessful; PayPal credited the money back to my account.
I did some research about this company: Bayer's beware! They have an "F" rating on the BBB site. They are not accredited with the BBB, and I found other similar complains written by past costumers about Topasio.com.
