Hello, my name is Amber and I hired Globe Moving and Storage in Garden City Kansas for my Move from Missouri to California, I talked to a Man Named Kane Goldman, I ended up settling for them to come pickup either July 10th or 11th which was a Guaranteed date cause I was flying out the 13th, the day came and they were actually suppose to call 72 hours in advance but NEVER did, so I called 24 hours before the 10th and a Lady said they will be there the 10th between 11-1pm which they never called and never showed, plus there offices were closed that day, then the next day they never showed which is today, I called and Called, Kane even always knew it was me, he would pick up the phone and say hello Amber or please hold Amber, what busy company would do that and know its me, so then he knew it was me and would not pick up the phone unless I called from a phone from far away, then there dispatch tells me they will not show up because they dont have a truck, I had it planed months in advance and they didnt schedule to have a truck there, so they told me we are rescheduling to the 14th or 15th, I said NO I have to be On a plane the 13th, theres NO WAY POSSIBLE! Then the only guy I could get ahold of barely spoke english and kept hanging up on me. No one told me why, or how, or let me speak to anyone, now no ones picking up phones, and right after I paid him $440 reviews popped up everywhere on usacomplaints.com and Scam websites and all stories were similar and worse, you should go read them, this company are frauds and you know how I know, I called and called Kane, then the day they didnt show up, I called one more time, Now Kane's Voicemail use to say "Hi This is Kane with Globe Moving and Storage" NOW it says, "Hi, this is Kane from R&C Relocation". He just hopped to a new business and he is suppose to be the Senior Manager, I even found him on Facebook and hes a Young guy who dresses unprofessional and is basically a partier and it even said in is info "Revenge is the Best Success" and this A*hole Gangster looking guy needs to be stopped!!! The company even Changes there name and gets a new BBB account, they were a Midwest something at one point. I filed a Claim and am getting my Money back thanks to my Bank. Oh and they will try to tell you all these reports are there "Competitors" umm I can be assure im a ACTUAL customer, im 19 and heading home back to CA after taking care of my grandpa in MO. Im Not a competitor! Dont Buy the Bull, they try to be soooo nice, then take it away and avoid your calls! And yes im not afraid to say my name, I Want Kane and that stupid Dispatcher to know who I am, and Better be glad I never go to Garden City or Denver CO which is where the dispatch is. Actually my lay over on Wednesday is in Denver!
