Arlington Fence Arlington Texas Fence Barron Kane
Paid $3950 deposit to arlington fence, check was cashed and never installed fence, told several lies when questioned about the completion date, i have a judgement in small claims court mansfield texas

I contracted with arlington fence (barron kane) wife valerie kane and got a quote of $7900 to move a fence. I wrote a check for 1/2 the quote $3950 and gave it to barron kane. Barron kane cashed my check and never did any work. He stopped answering his phone 817-795-2630 so i went to his address at the time. 1605 beach ln arlington, texas 76014 and he and his ex-wife valerie kane had already moved. His neighbor said he bought a house at 701 cornfield dr. Arlington texas 76017. I went to the house and his red dodge truck was in the driveway. He and his ex-wife are living in the new house, the house is in valerie kanes name. I took valerie kane and barron kane to small claims court. Barron kane do not show up, valerie told the judge that se was divorced from barron kane and had no interest in arlington fence. The judge dismisser he and awarded me a judgement of $3950 plus court cost flus interest untill paid. The sill live together and are divorced? I have been taken for $3950 plus courts costs and lots of my time.
