It's relatively simple actually. Submit your name and address, get a key to win a $50,000 dollar home make-over. Sit for an hour or two for an orientation, eh, ok? Here's the rub, I have had 38, YES, 38 phone calls, in 8 days from person named James at your Tinley Park, IL location. This by my standards is harassment, not to mention quite annoying and need I say desperate on James' part and Direct Buy. What should have been a fun, cool chance at a prize, has turned into a nightmare. What I will allow to happen is the phone calls to continue and not respond, as there are no messages being left for a call back. Then I will retrieve my phone records and go after Direct Buy and James for harassment calling me on a daily basis, upwards of 8 times in A DAY!!! My suggestion is to move James to a bill collectors job, but since I do not owe him nor Direct Buy anything, I would highly recommend that whatever policy you have in place for potential customers, needs to change immediately!!! Even if I held the winning key at this point, it would still not make up for the complete and utter disregard James and his company has shown from the beginning.
