All I can say is stay away from this company. When I signed up with them they were very
Professional. After that it was all down
Hill. They held back my first 5
Transactions claiming that this is what is done to new merchants. I was then told that they could not release
My money to me until the DVD's that I produced for these customers were
Shipped. They wanted proof. I explained that these were preorders and the
Customers understood this.
They did not want to hear anything and held my money. I went
Onto the online terminal and refunded all of my customers and then asked them
To re-order the DVD's once their credit cards were credited. Well, United Payment services helped
Themselves to my checking account to refund the customers not from the money
They were holding.
I called my bank and reported it and put a block on my account
So they could no longer withdraw money.
I called the company and told them there is no reason to hold my money
Any longer since the sales were canceled and asked why they took the money out
To begin with. The answer? Well the money has to come from somewhere.
After several e-mails
Back and forth I was told that my money would be released today 6-22. Guess what?
No money. I e-mailed my contact
To see what the deal was this time. Her response
Was that the funds were released today but it take 2 to 3 days to post to my
Account. Well it's didn't take two or
Three days to take it did it? The WORST! Stay away from them.
