Customer service at Sam's Club 4783 and Walmart as a whole. The parking lots at Walmart look like a shopping basket graveyard. It's to the point I'd rather pay more money at Kroger or Tom Thumb because I know I will get quality service there. I have yet to get a call back from a manager at Sam's regarding an issue from almost two weeks ago.
