I requested a costly tap out of this Co. 10 days before. The purchase was postponed since the delivery address differed in the payment address. After I confirmed my delivery address I obtained a contact stating that my purchase was currently being prepared. That's all. I can't achieve them to get a delivery verification or even to stop the purchase. I had been on-hold for 45 units and quit. I delivered two individual emails and there is no response. I named American Express to solve the problem however they cannot do something till they cost my bill. I can't end them from getting my bill or from shipping them. After studying the evaluations and attempting to cope with them I do want to stop my purchase since from the period I obtain the tap (when) it'll be too late. Our home is likely to be completed and from what I study I'll likely never get my cash back. I want my tap immediately or even to stop my purchase. This is actually the toughest online knowledge I've had. Our redesign is in a distant area and that I have requested numerous products online and obtained them quickly with plenty of conversation. I'm not really a happy camper!
