The owner is Shannon Zuegel & my son rents a home from her. She was informed by her A/C tech in the late summer of 2010 that the A/C unit needed to be replaced, due to a leak in the coil. My daughter in-law contacted her around 5/21 about the a/c still not working and it took 2 weeks for a tech to arrive. He charged the unit but said it was at best a temp repair & it failed again days later. I called her to discuss my concerns with their safety & mentioned that my 6 yr old grandson that suffers from asthema. She was very short with me & said that when she receives Junes rent that she will have it fixed & hung up on me. This has been an issue since for 9 months and they have being paying fullrent the entire time. The temp outside is above 90 degrees daily, so they have had to stay with me for 3 of the past 4 weeks.
