I bought a recliner from HAYNES FURNITURE in 02. I also payed for the extended WARRANTY thru STAINSAFE.in Nov of 03 the chair started to lean to one site and was hard to recline.
Upon examination, I found out that the metal frame had cracked. Around the fires of Nov I called Stainsafe and faxed them all info they requested, the same day. Well after about 20 Days I returned the call With the the responce WE DO NOT HAVE A TEC IN YOUR AREA. Ok i waited untill jan still no teck in area. Calling Haynes I was told it was a stainsafe problem.
Calling Stainsafe again I recieved The answer I was waiting for A TEC WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE ON Feb 02 03 I Still have a chair that does not work and to make matters worse the frame was scaring my hard wood floors. WELL the big day arrives TEC enters my house and the first words are IT'S BROKE. Within the next 5 min he has aquired my wifes Sig and is backing out my driveway.
After several calls to HAYNES and STAINSAFE sillno Idea as to what the deal is. Every one says they will look into it BUT???!!! Well I just got of the phone with Stainsafe and they say THEY are waiting for the tec to send in the report. Haynes says that one they get the report from Stainsafe It could be 4-6 weeks before the part comes in. I have a broken chair in my living room and sitting on the floor to watch T V Come on where ic the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT Does any one KNOW does WAL MART sell RECLINERS
