Do not use this company Doubletake auctions.com a on line restaurant equipment auction. Their are a scam... And currently being sue by my attorney and few other customers.
DTA Holdings LLC, DBA - Doubletake auctions.com own by Steve Sceranka and Rob Parker, they offer me a deal to sell my equipment after i closed my business, Rob parker came to my business with 8 other guy, took all my equipment to their Philadelphia warehouse to be auction off. They did the online auction and sold all my equipement for over $20,000. According to our sign agreement, once the auction end, i will be paid with in 30 days. Now my auction was end it over 6 month ago and still no payment from their company, both Rob and steve do not answer their cell phone, and when i call the business line, one of the worker celeste always says the owners are not in but i did give them the message like few other that has been waiting for payment.
My attorney is filing a sue for Scam, Theft and Fraud to DTA holdings LLC and both owner. He also found out that there are few other sue is file against the company for the same thing.
