We started our service with CBeyond on Friday of the week and also have had only issues with our web and telephone support. Cbeyond is accusing our new telephone program, the telephone system organization is accusing cbeyond. Once they delivered their coach out to exhibit people just how to support choices, we confirmed our web was down - he literally shrugged his shoulders and quit our company. No body has named us back by today - Friday. It's horrible! I'd Birch for 7 years, went with CBeyond due to cost - it wasn't worht it! I'm returning to Birch.
