After receiving a confirmation email, I continued to be billed for 4 months. When contacted, billing acknowledged their error and told me to wait on hold to be transferred to a supervisor in order to credit my credit card.
4 calls, holding for 30 min. Each time before I hung up. When I called again and stated to just make a note in their system informing the supervisor of the credit, they immediately put me on hold again for another 25 min. Before I hung up.
Calling my credit card co. Was the only way to remove these charges.
*Customer service can be VERY difficult to understand. Located in a land far away.
