Kicksbay.com scams facebook, making it look like one of your friends is recommending the site. Their site claims guaranteed authentic shoes, with pictures of the brand-name shoes. When I saw one of my good friends "recommending" their site, I bit. I ordered a "genuine" pair of Christian Louboutin heels.
They arrived and they were so fake. My size 8 shoes were actually about a 6 1/2. The heel were extremely poorly made and cheap, not even real leather. The traditional red sole was sort of pink. The box was a fake also.
They state "money-back guarantee" but fail to mention anywhere on their site where they are located. They also take 20% for re-stocking fee. You have to send them a tracking number after you pay about $50 for sending back to CHINA!
Bottom line, I paid $251.99 (including my return shipping charge and service re-stocking fee) for nothing. They refunded 167.99. I got ripped off for $84. I was stupid. I just want to head off other susceptible buyers. This company is a complete fraud and should be shut down.
