I placed an order for dog food on 5/19. I received an order confirmation. The payment was deducted from my bank account on 5/21. To date I have not received my order. I have emailed 2 times and have not gotten a response. I have call them 3 times and left a message and no one has called me back. I want my order or I want my money back. All of it. I have placed orders with them before and it has not been this bad.
