Mail Advertising mailed a magazine out for VICI Magazine. VICI paid postage for this mailing via check. VICI Magazine/Scott Wester check was returned. The amount of the check is $4501.30, and Mail Advertising has made numerous attempts to collect. Mail Advertising is now taking this matter to Federal Court in Cobb County.
