On march 17 i start three vet plans with banfield, the pet hospital of chandler in arizona... They called me for a visit in the fall for all three animals and i declined the visit because i didn't feel the need for them to have some shots they were offering... On march 17 was my final day on my old plan... All three animals went in to banfield for check-ups... Banfield, the pet hospital of chandler told me this would be the final day for me to cancel their contracts if i wanted to otherwise it will automatically be another year...
My cat was having some issues so i asked what it would cost for blood work and xrays they quoted my this extremely high price... Mind you i should be getting a discount because i'm paying them a monthly fee of like $70 something dollars a month... So i decided to call a local vet close to my home just down the street from banfield, he was one third of banfields price... Omg! What a ripoff...
I called banfield at 1-888-649-2716 and spoke with a women in cancellation and she said she couldn't cancel them because they were still at the pet hospital... I went over picked up my animals immediately... I then called back to cancel the appointment spoke with travis... He gave me a cancellation #101727000290, i asked if i needed one for each animal he said no i only needed one number for all three animals...
Banfield charged my credit card on march 19 knowing the plan was canceled... I disputed it with my credit card company... Banfield credited my account...
Would you believe banfield charged my credit card in april again... I now have it in dispute with m&i again... Not sure if i'll get that money back... But i canceled my card so they couldn't do it again...
Banfield must have tried to charge my credit card again but it was canceled so they're upset... A don from their cancellation department called to harass me and threatening me that if i don't pay he's going to send me to collections then he hung-up on me... Don was the gentlemen i spoke to on may 9 who was extremely nasty stating i never canceled the plan...
So here i sit being harassed now by banfield... Beware everyone they are a huge ripoff!!!
