On Friday night November 1, I bought the above mentioned-described duvet set-to contain 1 Duvet and 2 Pillow Shams. After I came home I popped the bundle to obtain the pillow shams were lacking.
At night of December 3, I delivered to Customer Support and requested to get a discount for lost pillow shams. I had been educated that I'd not get a discount but might return the item. Because there is no additional duvet to switch my product I quit the shop really dissatisfied that I had been not reduced about the absent pillow sheets and certainly will rethink buying at Zellers again,
