I put an order to get a DLP light in March. After I obtained it, the light would not work and so I named Bluestar three times and remaining communications with my telephone number and purchase quantity every time. After I did not notice back, I sent them again, three times with purchase quantity and telephone. I eventually obtained an answer back from Jonathan. He just replied to 2 emails, enough to inform me where I to come back my light and RMA number. I've been looking to get a reimbursement or some form of reputation from their store however they wont answer their telephones or emails. They've their light back today, I actually donot realize why they are ignoring me. I am extremely frustrated together.
