I placed an order with My Little Corner and after an email was sent giving me an order number I heard nothing for a few days. I then went online and read the reviews on this website. Assuming the worst I emailed repeatedly asking for a delivery date. To my delight I received an email straight back. Apologising for the delay (it had only been a few days) this was due to catching up with orders placed when the big freeze hit the UK.
Anyway, the parcel was sent the next day by special delivery, the postage cost was more than I had paid. An item I had ordered was out of stock so they refunded my account and added an additional £5 as a small compensation for the delay.in all it had taken 10 days.
I felt awful for having assumed the worst about this company, it is afterall a small business. The clothes arrived with a lovely handwritten note thanking me for shopping with them. I brought Smafolk and Me Too clothes and they are perfect. I couldn't be happier.
