I'm along the way of purchasing a Fannie Mae foreclosure. The offering cost was decided along side 3% closing fees. The evaluation arrived in lower and Fannie Mae decided to the low cost but still 3% closing fees. Both customer (me) and vendor (FM) closed the modification. The next day, FM delivered another modification stating they accept the cost, but no further involved closing fees. This CAn't be authorized, I'm ready to document a break of contract state. Any recommend?
