I was contacted in August by Express Information Systems to buy amagazine subscription and of course like a dummy I agreed. When I got the letter in the mail going over the magazines I had picked out and my monthly payment and how much I would pay in total I was shocked, it was over $1000.00!
I made my monthly payments on time but in the meantime they called me frequently on my cell phone. I wouldn't answer until one day they caught me off guard. They contavted me May 5 with this "great offer". I was told it would be on the same account. Actually they opened up another account in my name charged the first payment to my debit card and now I would owe them another $1000.00.in the letter I had 10 days to cancel.
I tried calling on the 16th and could not get through so I left all my information and never heard from them until today, the 17th. Mr. Neil Martin contacted me and was very rude and unprofessional he talked over me as I was trying to explain what I wanted. He hung up on me so I called back and he was rude again so I hung up on him. He called back and said I could terminate the mos recent account but it would cost me $115.
They lie and are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and do not recommend them to anyone.
