I requested a $2000.00 drain June 24 I had been informed I'd not be billed on my charge card til product was delivered. Lay. I'd to start an question on august 4. I had been informed they'd issues with elkay & couldn't provide my product & provided me another drain. I explained No. However no return. Pex offer sent exactly the same drain I requested from Ira woods in a $600.00 savings. Thanks irawoods for NOT coming thru - I actually do need my return
