Complaint / review text:
I bought a kobo ereader from borders about 3 months ago, I received it a month after order and started using it for regular university reading.
Only had I read 3 novels that the kobo died on me just after a fall from my low slung bed.
I contacted borders and all they could do was ask and ask plenty of stupid questions, I tried to put the point across that I just paid $108 for their kobo, but they seem pretty apathetic.
I lost a lot of money for nothing and kobo didn't do anything about it, simply because I am an international buyer. I'm so sad right now. Warning to all people, avoid Borders.com, never buy a kobo from them. Never.
