We purchased a mattress with rails and panels Nov. It smashed twice, the rails collapsed both occasions! Its been more than 72 hours but still no "technician" has arrived at possibly examine the rails and sometimes even substitute the damaged train, so we're decreased to sleeping on the ground. It'snot actually been six months and evidently it just has a-1 year warrantee which issue isn't protected. If perhaps my loved ones had explained before how poorly they'd been burned from the Packet i never might have gone there.
