Karoo Wild Bags has poorly designed website. Description and pictures of handbags not what actually is. Straps appear short. Yet are shoulder length neccessitating an email for info with wait. You have to leave bag viewing, go to another page and search to find more info that has all demensions for each bag that exclude length of straps. Available in other colors, no indication of price increase with these colors, allowed to check out, pay in full, receive confirmation of order in Orange color. Later an email requesting 20Eru, "sorry I failed to add this" cost for colors. Poorly designed web site with much searching to find info, takes days to answer emails requests for info. NO indication of price increase for other colors. Website and PR leaves a lot to be desired. Be aware.
