Christmas order never received

Ordered two T shirts for Grandson to give to his Uncle for Christmas. Placed order on Dec 14. They said that dark colors take longer so we ordered light colors. Shipping data shows was not processed for shipment for four more days. Dec 18-23 never left California. Shipping info shows stuck in Chelmsford MA since Dec 23. Today is Dec 28.

I did email them twice with requests for updates on shipping. Their terse reply simply stated that it was in transit.

I contacted shipper (UPS) and they told me that the company should have told me that the way they were sending this was time consuming and cheap. Not only the slowest UPS option but also that it is turned over to USPS in Massachusetts (because of the cheap shipping option) and I won't get it for several more days.

I ordered this on 12/14 and will not get it before December 31 from UPS' prediction.
