Another one of those scams from Nigeria saying that as soon as you send the goods your Pay Pal account will be credited with the amount. That is not how Pay Pal operates they never hold funds but process payment as soon as it is received. Here is a typical email from the scammer:

Why the delay... I have make the payment for your item and i have been
waiting for you to send me the shipment number so i can contact PayPal
about the shipment number for you to have your money credited into your
account and i think if i did not hear back from you within next 12hrs i
will have to contact PayPal and all fraud department about scam... That
you are trying to rip me off because the payment for the item has been
forward to PayPal but you have to make the shipment for the item and
send the shipment number to PayPal for confirmation and as soon as the
shipment number is verified you will have your money credited into your
account with immediate effect ok... Here is my son shipping address
below because i want this item as a gift for my son pls get back to me
asap.
