I am trying to sell a N810 online via craigslist. I wanted to be paid through paypal and have the person pick the pda up in person.
I got a letter from "Anie Foden" [email protected] asking that I mail it. I thought "as long as they are paying first, I don't mind", and went ahead with preparingto ship. Then they wrote this:
Great, I will like to proceed with the purchasing of the item, I just hope the condition is just as it is described in the Ad? At the moment, I can only pay via PayPal, I will be responsible for the shipping charges, because I can not meet for the exchange. Your item is been purchase on behalf of my associate, who needs this urgently. Please send your paypal e-mail address so I can pay. USPS EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE is the preferred shipping option. I would be glad if my request is favorably

That's when I checked the email of the "paypal" letters and realized I needed to call the post office and stop shipment. Which I did. I'll get a refund for the shipping on monday. Don't let this happen to you.
