When I have a problem with an item, I contact the company and ask them to fix it. Unfortunately, there are companies that are less than stellar when it comes to dealing with issues. Molton Brown USA falls into this category.
I received a set of Molton Brown Lip Glosses as a gift. The package was sealed, they had not been tampered with. When I opened them, I found that the oils in the glosses had gone bad. I wrote to the company, sent them the glosses and asked for a replacement.
I get a call from the company today. The product is more than a year old so they won't do anything about it. It's not that they can't, they just won't.
Any company worth it's salt should be willing to replace a product with a like product just to keep a good customer with them. Sorry Molton Brown, you definitely dropped the ball here. Your lack of any type of response has soured me to any and all your products in the future.
Maybe you need a lesson in customer service because this is definitely not the way to handle a situation.
