The owner Carla ripped me off using my Groupon. She said I could use it for 2

Groomings. Then when I came in for the second grooming she said it had to all

Have been used the first visit. Now why would I pay $30 or whatever for a $60

Groupon if they were going to talk me out of getting a $60 service? Very

Scammy.

I had bought a second one as a gift... She would only honor it for

Half... For my friends dog... And forced me to pay an additional $30 out of

Pocket to get my dogs after ripping me off. I paid a total of $90 (plus tip to the groomer) and the owner ripped me

Off for $60 worth of services... People who scam like this do not get far in

Hillcrest.

I would go so far as to call her a THIEF.

Groupon was contacted and agreed she wronged me and refunded

Me a partial amount of the money paid ($15)... Which is honorable of them when

They are completely unable to protect their clients when the shop owners wrong

Someone. Just do yourself a favor and avoid them...
