That's right, there is still hope for those of you who have sent old film in and been told it would be a couple of months. I and apparently a few dozen others filed complaints with the Colorado Attorney General's office. They apparently suppeoned them and I imagine they struck a deal to prevent prosecution for State consumer crimes and maybe even mail fraud which would make it Federal procecution as well. (I called the U.S. Postal Inspector at one point as it was a potential mail order defrauding case as well.) I think their intention was to eventually do the work but it looked like they had landlord, moving and probably cash issues. I wouldn't trust them again. I hope everyone else is as "lucky"!
