I am a victim of Rocky Mountain Film Lab and their inability to produce.in mid 2007 I entrusted to them my circa 1918 family photo print for scanning and retouching. No guarantee of successful restorative results was made and I expected none. I DID expect the return of an original submission one way or the other. WRONG! Over a two year period I made numerous attempts to solicit communications from them to no avail. Needless to say, but my priceless photo is presumed lost, due to their ineptitude or inability to produce as advertised.in 2009 (merely to be "on record") I filed complaints with the Colorado (Denver) BBB and with the Colorado Attorney General's office. Warning: Have nothing to do with Rocky Mountain Film Lab of Aurora CO.
