Universal fleet card e-mails a statement before balance is due. Pay bi-monthly according to statement. Short billing cycle so depend on electronic statement as agreed. Universal fleet has failed to e-mail statement twice resulting in late payment (paid in two to three days after realizing statement was missing). Universal fleet is billing $75.00 for the late fee with one exception in a 12 mo. Period. Refuses to discuss fact that they did not send out a e-statement. RIP OFF of $75.00 when ever they decide not to -or - are delayed in sending out statements. Easy money for universal fleet, rip off for me. This company is not to be trusted.
