On 3/1 I placed an order for residential phone service online, the first problem I came across was the plan I wanted, it gave me a choice to have caller ID or not but each time I chose to opt-out it just kept adding it onto my order, finally I left it alone and completed the order, fast forward to 4/1-8/11 I never recieved a bill so I contact customer service which then informed me that I was late on my payment and was being charged long distant charges, I then let them know that according to the Freedom Plan all local and long distant charges were included and that my first bill would come out to $62.50 yet they were chrarging $101.33 and that they got my address wrong an with out an account # I couldn't pay the bill, so they would send out another bill, not, come the 18th I talked to one of thier customer service reps (paul) and asked him why I haven't recieved my bill and that I wanted to make a payment he told me that my service was not going to be affected and that I would be recieving the bill by the end of the week, well come the 20th no phone service, I then get the bill today, I contacted them on line made a paymet of $50.00 but was told by Charlene on chat that service couldn't be put back up until the full amount was paid. All this problem was caused by them.
