We lent Jeff Stawicki and Cameron Wire / Practical Enterprises LLC lots of cash plus they defaulted on the mortgage and WOn't repay it. They've defaulted on various other loans within the last year and therefore are being prosecuted by numerous banks and creditors. It was lots of cash to us and Jeff Stawicki guaranteed he'd repay it as he was a Religious gentleman of God. They're liars and scammers creditors beware.
