Hah! No surprise Connis is fighting case!

I purchased an AC device from their store along side a long guarantee plus they sure "Fooled" me too. They arrived and acquired the system and had it within their factory to get a complete month "fixing" it. They might create a day for shipping and never appear and sometimes even call. Therefore lastly they appear, deploy it, change it on and it makes this terrible grinding sound and odors like itis burning. I inform the people it's not fixed, however they would not consider it back again to their factory. They simply quit it. Therefore, not just have I been without AC to get a month, however they introduced it back MORE damaged than when it quit! Once they quit, the system finally crapped out and would not actually switch on. I contact and let them know this, so that they choose to deliver a 3rd party technician out. He claims that it's totally shattered also it might charge the buying price of TWO fresh models to correct that one, therefore he claims he's likely to record that to Connis and find out the things they desired to do. Therefore, I contact to determine the things they are performing about this, they claim I "declined support" (at this time, I'm actually sobbing since I did not decline service and it's so warm in my own home, candy is reduction) so they would like to deliver ANOTHER man out. This person involves the exact same summary ("YUP it's broken!" DUHHHH it's not going to actually SWITCH ON!) and they STILL have not provided me a brand new one, that will be what my guarantee claims! Those who have issues with Connis (and that Iam confident you need to do, simply because they possess the toughest customer support EVER) I'd recommend performing exactly the same, since regardless of how individual you're or just how long you delay, THEY'LL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AND CAN NOT ASSIST YOU! It requires too much to get me THIS pissed-off... I'm which makes it my objective for that remainder of my entire life to place them out-of company... I'm informing everybody I understand this tale and that I am warning people who they ought to purchase from Bestbuy instead. I've NEVER had an issue with Bestbuy. Perhaps Connis must consider some tips from their store and really do the things they claim they're likely to do.
