Bad customer support/dual shipping costs.
I bought from Connis a-50" plasma Samsung tv, their priciest wall group, and compensated shipping costs. Connis established the price to possess my lcd installed could be $299 after shipping. Connis currently really wants to cost me $69 AGAIN for delivery along with the $299 installment charge - a dual cost for shipping.
