I guess I am another victim of J.D. Marvel and Company. I ordered 2 bras for my birthday, August 29, and to date have received 2 catalogues, one of which had stamped on the back that my order had been mailed October 29, although my check was cashed the first part of September.
I have received no merchandise at this time. I am just sick, as this was my birthday gift to myself, and I have been scammed.
I failed to notice that there was no phone number for them listed in the ad, which was in a national magazine.
How did a company which received money for only catalogs and no merchandise get by the classified ads editor? I have written to the magazine as well, hoping that they will investigate, as they published this ad in their magazine.
