Check on rebate not gotten

I purched a coffeemaker modle#49464 which had a 10.00 dollar rebate. I sent the rebate form with a copy of the purches recite on 11-30-10. To date I have not received my rebate. It was purched on 11-26-10 and I had untill 12-15-10 to send it in, I also have a copy of all I sent to you so where is my rebate.
