I responded to a coupon to get our air ducts cleaned. 59$ all vents 5$ per return free dryer vent..
I went for the full package, which cost much more.
So when cleaning out the system this machine is sucking out all the debris while Simon and his helper are agitating and doing their thing with all the other vents.
The rooms fill up with a cloud of dust and eventually settles all over everything...
I call 1-800-957-1179 and explain to them what had happened and ask why and if that is normal why not tell me ahead of time... But that really is not normal and after going round and round a bit he put me on hold.
His name was Leo and he never got back to me. I kid you not I called back the # from my home phone and this is the message"I'm sorry the # youv'e dialed can not be reached from your calling area good bye".
I called a friend and asked her to call the #, it went straight through... I tryed again and again from my home phone same message... Did they actually block my #???
Seriously don't use this company... I have to be more carefull to find honest people...
