Abusive behavior by President Bill Peters:
Count 1. Threatening employee with bodily harm (telling employee, "why don't you walk into my fist": felony
Count 2. Racist behavior: posting newspaper clipping on the wall of his office near his desk, stating that "whites" expected to be a minority in California by a particular year in the future: unlawful discrimination of person based on race in the work place.
Count 3. Unlawful termination of employment: firing an employee after their best month of work.
If you want to help your community, you would not advertise with this agency. Is marketing your business product worth associating with a company with this type of behavior? What does that say about your company. Ethical persons don't support unethical people.
