Chris Swanson took over $9000 from my company. He was to produce a television commercial and air it on local TV and cable channels. He produced the commercial, which was nice, but it never received the exposure that I paid for.
A large portion of the money was not spent booking the air - time. He ignored dozens of emails and calls asking for a refund of the unspent money. An employee at Comcast gave me confirmation that Chris Swanson got a quote on air - time, but never booked it. The employee stated "this is not the first time I've heard of him doing this". And before you scream defamation, I have a recording of the call, buddy - boy.
He is running from a process server as we speak.
